About Mobile Home Inspection
A Manufactured home aka Mobile Home Inspection is a little different from a standard house inspection. Unlike a house or townhome there is no basement for foundation, the mobile home usually sits on a concrete pad. The base frame of the mobile home is support on blocks or piers surrounded by a skirting. In this space are the connections to utility services. On the West Cost of British Columbia they must be seismically secured to the ground to minimize the risk of them moving off their support blocks or piers that is why its important to have home inspection services look it over.
