Single Component Inspections Types
There maybe times when you are only concerned with one or a few areas of the home you are buying or currently own. Some of the situations that come up are :
- Curling shingles or stains in the ceilings of the home
- Cracks in foundations
- Plumbing issues for home build between 1975-1985
- Electrical issues for homes built before 1979
- In ground pools
In these situations a full Residential Home Inspection is not always practical. Therefore we offer Single Component Inspections where you can choose one or several items.
Another advantage of Home Inspector looking over your concerns is that we have no financial interest to sell you other services. It’s up to you to take action on the recommendations that is documented in the Inspection Report and pursue quotes to repair any findings or if you have the skills to do it yourself.
