STRUCTURAL SYSTEMS
Foundations, foundation drains, basements, floors, walls, ceiling and structure.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
Service entrance, panels, branch circuits, connected devices & fixtures, smoke & carbon monoxide detectors, & ACFI & GFCI-protection.
PLUMBING
Fixtures and faucets, water supply systems, drain, waste and vent systems, water heater, vents, flues and chimneys, and any sump pumps.
HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING
Heating equipment, operating and automatic safety controls, distribution system, chimneys, flues, vents, and thermostatic controls, Air conditioning units and HRV systems
